Moving Into A House!

Michael
6th Grade
When I moved into my new house, I thought it was going to be easy, but it wasn't. My grandpa, Mike, Shalton, and I went to the storage to pick up our stuff. We had an extra large truck so we could get everything at one time. So we got everything: furniture, clothes, TV's, washer, and dryer. Whenever we got to the house, it was hard getting everything in because the doors were very small. But we got through them. I'm so glad we moved into our new house, and I thank the Lord for this nice house.

A Great Birthday Present!

For my birthday, I got a five gallon fish tank. My dad took me to Pet's Mart and, I got five fish and two frogs.

My fish love to eat the frogs' food. My frog eats my cleaner fishes' food.
I love to watch my fish and frogs eat.

It's beginning to feel like SPRING!

Wow! It is hard to believe that it is already the end of March! Our students are working hard on their end of the year award's banquet program. I must say that they are doing an outstanding job again. We are practicing for about an hour a day. They are really making that hour count, and they are having a great time doing it.

We will be completing our third quarter of school on March 30. Immediately after that, we are scheduled for our spring break. The exact dates are listed in the column to the right.

Soon after Spring Break, report cards will be sent home. Let's see how many students will be earning A and B Honor Roll.

The week after Easter we will be taking our Stanford test. Please make sure that your kids get plenty of rest so that they will do their very best on this exam. This exam shows us how much your child has learned this year.

Also, we will be beginning a fundraiser soon. Please stay tuned to see what we are going to be selling and what the prizes are for those who win.

Thank You!
